The hotel has a great location because while having a private beach area which takes 2 minutes to get to from your room by using the cute spiral staircase at the end of the terrace (where you can have breakfast (highly recommend to pay extra for it, worth it!)/lunch (very reasonably priced compared to the prices in the city, since the food is priced on the higher-side in general there I would say)/dinner with an incredible view of the sea), it also has some tables right in front of the beach and you get free access to the beach beds as guests of the hotel This place is perfect to have a chill weekend to take care of your mental&physical health and you can also explore the city center because a bus station that takes you there is just 3 minutes away by foot (it takes around 30 minutes by bus to get to the city, but you can also always just order an uber (they are not expensive at all there) and be there in quicker), so you can wake up, have a lovely breakfast and go on guided tours to kayak/paddle at night (44 euros), to see the national parks with waterfalls (15-45 euros), to got the the nearby island town Bol and so on (check the ferries schedule)! What is also worth mentioning is that it is a family owned business and everyone was so nice to us! They were always answering any concerns we had and honestly, it is the little things that make the experience and show you that the hosts care about you and we definitely felt it<3 If you are cold there is an AC there that has a heating mode, if you are cold you can use it to cool down, you also get daily cleaning as a nice bonus All in all, definitely would visit again! P.S. it is quite romantic, perfect for couples/honeymoon vacation (and there we were with my friend playing uno ahahah and jumping around in the water)

Pansion Martin was a delight. Martina was an exceptional host, so welcoming and helpful, and the rest of the team were just as friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to offer recommendations for day trips, help with buses and just make sure we had everything we needed. Our balcony had a stunning view of the idyllic beach (it’s shingle, not sand - so a pair of jelly shoes is a good idea!) and the sparkling Adriatic Sea. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs cooked just the way you like them and plenty of choice to start the day. There are lots of lovely bars and restaurants along the waterfront to enjoy too, all just a short stroll away. We took the bus from practically outside the hotel to Omis (only 2 euros each) - a stunning town. The Krka waterfalls are also well worth a visit - absolutely majestic. And Split is just 10km away, or a quick and easy Uber ride for around 9–12 euros. All in all, a really lovely stay. Highly recommend - and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks again, Martina!

Amazing location, amazing onwers! OK, first this amazing hotel (B&B to us in England) is just what you need for a amazing time in Croatia in the Split region. Why? Room's are comfortably, clean and if you ask for room 104 you will get exclusive short cut (stairs) to main area/beach and also a amazing sea view with balcony. You will feel very welcome by onwers and they do go a extra mile for you to feel at home. Breakfast is excellent and if you are at higher/medium season you will be offered half board with a very competitive price compared to local restaurants. I come in October unfortunately no dinner avaliable at this time, but still plenty options near by and for a couple you are looking to dinner for (including drinks) around £35/£50. No car need (but they do have car parking) Why I say no car need? They have a urban bus (number 60) that goes to Split or Omis. Tip* use Google maps and click at bus stop to see precise times the bus arrives. They have a bus either direction every 30 minutes and to Split is 15kuna (£1.75) and it is a very reliable service. You also have the Uber options around (£9 - £12) to Split. Beach, Uauuu, Uauuu, Uauuu! Clear water, calm sea, nice temperatures even in October!!! We also went one day excursion to Krka National Park (know as Krka waterfalls tour) about 200kn (£23 the tour guide and bus + entrance fee of 85kn £10 (160kn at high season) . We have got ours from a agency call Flarent, they have 2 offices around the Port in Split. Just remember if you go to Split by bus get off at bus stop "Pazar 1" and when you return to hotel get off the bus at bus stop "Grbavac 2" 😉 So in or 6 days at Pansion Martin we enjoyed the beach/sea for 4 days and spended 1 day around Split and Omis (by urban bus) and 1 day at National Park.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right by the sea. It was beautiful to have breakfast with such an incredible view. A big plus are the free sunbeds that are provided by the hotel. The food was super delicious as well. The family owning the hotel is extremely kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the very beginning. You don't need a car because you can either take an Uber/Taxi or the bus to visit Split.

A small and cozy hotel by the sea with a charming terrace and a beautiful view from the room. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The lovely family who runs the hotel does everything to make you feel welcome and ensure your stay is enjoyable. Everything is incredibly clean — the rooms, the common areas, everything is spotless. The breakfasts and lunches are absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!”
